Congratulations to this week’s outstanding student, Daniel Almaguer Hernandez, for his hard work and inquisitive nature! Daniel was nominated by Ms. Ann Marie Day, who expressed this:
"This is my second time having Daniel in class. He went from quiet and reserved that first semester to friendly and quite talkative in this semester. He is an eager learner and has a variety of interests. Daniel has learned coding lessons so easily that he often works ahead just to challenge himself. He loves to see just what he can do and what he can create with different programming languages. Seeing him be encouraged when he has an 'aha' moment when fixing a line of code that was tough to crack is exciting, and it's encouraging to see a student take that level of pride and interest in their work." Congratulations, Daniel! 👏💙

The Georgia Department of Education Parent Satisfaction Survey for Special Education is now open through May 31, 2026, and we would love to hear from our families.
This survey provides an opportunity for parents and guardians to share what is going well and where improvements can be made. Your feedback helps guide decisions at both the district and state levels and strengthens how we support students with disabilities.
Last year, 352 parents participated, and we hope to build on that number this year. Every response truly makes a difference.
As you visit our schools for meetings and events, please take a few minutes to complete the survey. A link has been shared with families of our students with disabilities through email and Infinite Campus.
Thank you for partnering with us to support our students!
